Coaching Policies

1. Our coaching relationship

These policies apply to discovery calls, individual coaching sessions, and three-session coaching packs provided by Shawn Myers through Shawn Myers. Coaching combines faith-based reflection with practical support for your gifts, business, message, and next steps. Prayer and Scripture may be part of our work together.

Coaching is collaborative. You remain responsible for your choices, implementation, and decisions about your business and personal life. Coaching is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or mental-health services. No particular business, financial, or personal result is promised.

2. Sessions and payment

A discovery call is a free, 30-minute conversation to understand your situation and explore whether working together is a fit.

A single coaching session is 50 minutes on Zoom and costs $297. A three-session pack includes three 50-minute Zoom sessions and costs $797. Paid sessions and packs are paid in full at booking. The price and any applicable taxes shown before you complete your purchase govern that purchase.

Paid coaching sessions and packs are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing. This policy does not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not establish the refund or cancellation terms for the Multiply in 30 Days program or a separate subscription.

3. Booking and preparation

Complete the requested intake so we can use your time well. Check the appointment time and time zone shown in your confirmation, keep your meeting link private, and join from a quiet location with a reliable internet connection.

Bring the question, decision, or task you most want to move forward. If you arrive late, the session may still need to finish at the scheduled end time so later appointments can begin on time. Email [email protected] if you have trouble joining.

4. Rescheduling and cancellations

Discovery calls: You can reschedule or cancel through your confirmation link until two hours before the start time. If something changes after that window, email us as soon as possible.

Paid sessions: You can reschedule through your confirmation link until 24 hours before the start time. Self-service cancellation is not available for paid sessions. Email us if you need help or cannot attend. Contacting us does not itself cancel an appointment, restore a pack session, or establish a refund.

Late changes and missed sessions: A cancellation or rescheduling request made less than 24 hours before a paid session, or failure to attend, counts as a used session and is not refundable, except as required by law. For a pack, that appointment counts as one used session. Shawn may choose to offer a courtesy reschedule or other exception based on the circumstances. Exceptions are discretionary and do not change the policy for future appointments.

If Shawn needs to change an appointment, we will contact you to arrange another time. Any remedy required by law remains available if a prepaid service cannot be provided.

5. Three-session packs

Your pack is valid for one year from the date of purchase. You book the first session when you purchase the pack and receive a private booking link for sessions two and three. Keep that link private and contact us if your remaining-session balance appears incorrect.

A pack includes three sessions. Additional sessions, ongoing access, and services outside the purchased package require a separate agreement or purchase.

6. Session recording

Coaching sessions are recorded. Recordings may capture your voice, image, display name, shared screen, and session discussion. Before recording begins, participants must receive appropriate notice and provide any agreement required for the session. A general marketing checkbox is not recording permission.

If you have concerns about recording, contact us before booking so we can discuss whether the service is a fit. Permission to record a session is separate from permission to use your name, image, story, or recording in public marketing. Any such use requires separate permission. Participants may not record, distribute, or publish another participant's contribution without appropriate permission.

7. Privacy and respectful participation

We handle your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We treat private coaching discussions with care, subject to service delivery, lawful disclosures, and the recording terms above. Coaching does not create the legal privileges associated with an attorney-client or other protected professional relationship.

In a group or community, other participants can hear or see what you share. Respect their privacy and do not repeat personal stories or distribute recordings without permission. We cannot guarantee another participant's conduct. Harassment, threats, or unlawful activity can lead to a session being paused or participation being restricted, subject to your agreement and applicable law.

8. Programs and ongoing services

Multiply in 30 Days, website builds, group programs, and ongoing software or hosting services require their own written scope and purchase terms. Those terms should identify the deliverables, schedule, recurring charges, cancellation rules, ownership, and access after the service ends. A session or pack purchase does not itself enroll you in a recurring subscription.

9. Questions and policy changes

Contact [email protected] with questions before purchasing. Material changes to these policies will not retroactively reduce the services or rights included in an existing purchase without a valid agreement or legal basis.
