Who operates this website

This website is operated by Shawn Myers, presenting Shawn Myers coaching and educational services. These terms describe permitted website use. Read the Privacy Policy, Coaching Policies and Disclaimer alongside them. A separate written agreement may govern a particular service.

Eligibility and responsible use

To purchase services or enter a service agreement, you must be at least 18 and legally able to contract where you live. If acting for a business, you must have authority to commit it. Do not submit false information, impersonate another person or use someone else’s account without permission.

Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with service, introduce harmful code, harvest personal information or use scraping or automated requests to extract content or burden the website. Do not use our services to facilitate fraud, harassment or infringement.

Using our content

Unless a specific resource states otherwise, we give you a limited, nonexclusive permission to use lawfully obtained materials for your personal learning and internal business work. You may keep permitted downloads and complete exercises. Ownership remains with the applicable rights holder. Do not resell, redistribute, publish or offer the materials as your own product, remove ownership notices or share restricted course access. Any broader license must be agreed in writing. Uses protected by applicable law remain available.

Your submissions

You retain ownership of materials you provide. You give us permission to access, copy, format and use them only as reasonably needed to perform the requested service, communicate with you and maintain related service records, subject to the Privacy Policy and any separate agreement. This does not grant a publicity, testimonial or public marketing license. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions. Avoid providing unnecessary sensitive information or other people’s confidential material.

Purchases and service scope

Review the offer, price and written order terms before purchasing. The applicable order or signed scope describes deliverables, timing and payment obligations, together with the Coaching Policies where relevant. Do not assume that buying one service includes another service, continuing support or additional access. A separately signed agreement controls its covered work where it conflicts with these general website terms.

Session refund and rescheduling rules do not automatically apply to the Multiply program or any subscription. Program billing, cancellation, access and exit terms must be expressly stated in the applicable written agreement; this page does not create those terms.

Accounts and outside services

Keep your login details private and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Do not share paid access unless expressly allowed. Payment, meeting and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Review them before use. A link does not itself mean endorsement or control of the outside service.

Availability, rights and updates

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but errors and interruptions can occur. General website content is provided as available and does not promise uninterrupted access or a particular outcome. Nothing here excludes responsibilities under an applicable service agreement or limits consumer rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates to these website terms apply prospectively, with the updated date shown. They do not retroactively change an existing purchase or signed agreement. Material changes to an existing service require the notice or agreement applicable to that service.
